I like sunshine in the rain.

I like laughter mixed with pain.

I like raindrops on my face,

I like tear-stains left to trace.

I like kisses on my cheek

I like hugs that make me weak.

I like letters written in ink

I like to sit by the window and think.

I like late-night phone calls

I like foamy waterfalls

I like love in all seasons

I like the fact that I have no reasons.

I like your smile, I like you

I like your everything, I like you in blue.

A Story Beneath The Seas...

This is my latest illustration. What do you think? I like it. I think like the girl on my left, I'm praying for a lot of things. Silently. Meditating. Making sure things happen.

She followed the mermaid; her trail alight by her coloured hair.
It was leading her to a secret, possibly not one of despair...

She passed by a cave, one not seen before - a lair of treasure and tales unfold.
She wondered what the mermaid would tell her, the story to be told.

"Tell me, Mysterious Enchantress, the secrets you know!"
"Fair Maiden, I will tell. Just that this might strike your heart with a blow..."

She wondered if she should ask her what she knew or if ignorance was indeed bliss, as they say -
"I see what you mean. But I am brave, what will not kill me will make me stay."

The mermaid gestured the lass forward and took her to an illuminating light
As they reached the corner of the cave, the lass's mind grew bright.
